Welcome to Ad Najah. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Ad Najah ("we," "our," or "the Agency") provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, video production, pixel setup, and web design. Services are rendered based on agreements made between Ad Najah and the client ("you") as outlined in a service proposal or contract.
Payment for services is due as specified in the service agreement. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month. Project-based services may require a deposit of 50% before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ad spend budgets (money paid directly to advertising platforms such as Facebook or Google) are separate from and in addition to our management fees. The client is solely responsible for funding their ad accounts.

Upon full payment, all creative deliverables (ad creatives, graphics, videos, copy) produced for the client become the client's property. Ad Najah retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, budget, and competition. Ad Najah does not guarantee specific results (such as a guaranteed number of leads or a specific ROAS) unless explicitly stated in a written performance agreement. We commit to applying our best strategies and continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, pricing, and financial information. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Ad Najah will provide the client with all owned deliverables and account access upon receipt of final payment.
Ad Najah's total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Ad Najah in the three months preceding the claim. Ad Najah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Ad Najah reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
